Corning Museum of Glass

The Corning Museum of Glass was a valuable resource for research, not only did it lead me to many print sources to look into for cut glass design, motif, and items, but it also had a fantastic dictionary of terms that helped me better understand the terminology used by professionals. While this resource is not fully dedicated to the cut glass as seen in the Walkerton collection, it does have a lot of information about items relating to cut glass generally.

Another useful resource, the one that led me to some of the print materials that would help me in doing research was their research library, I specifically used the online search of the Rakow Research Library.

This lead me to the print resource American brilliant cut glass, I was able to view this through my university library and it helped me greatly in identifying motifs and patterns.
