Learning about Cut Glass
If you are like me, your knowledge of cut glass is pretty surface level. Working with this collection has really shown me just how detailed these pieces are, it is amazing how intricate the designs are and has led me to do lots of research about the cut glass designs, time period, people involved, etc... I would like to make this available, not only to better help you understand the collection, but to aid in this collection's building and creation. I had about 3.5 to 4 months to work on this, but I know it is not perfect. I hope by providing resources that I worked with and found useful, that others may help me to continue this project so it can aid those in the future who come to see it.
